Administrative review

Administrative review can be requested if the application is made in the UK or abroad and if visa was cancelled at the border.

It will be explained in visa refusal letter if one can ask for a review of the application which is known as ‘administrative review’.

The request for administrative review can be made if the visa has been refused or if one is not happy with the length of visa or conditions on visa.
