IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP LICENCES
In order to employ non-EU nationals who have no permission to work, employers must hold a relevant sponsorship licence.
Imperial Visas will prepare you to become a UKBA licensed sponsor:
- We undertake a site visit; and
- Prepare an action plan (all paperwork is managed by us) for any remedial steps; and
- Liaise and handle all communication with UKBA; and
- Attendance during any visit to your offices by UKBA.
INDIVIDUAL IMMIGRATION APPLICATIONS
Once we’ve obtained your licence, you will be awarded with a number of certificates (COS). These are assigned to employees via the UKBA’s SMS system. We act as the designated level 1 user of a vast amount of companies’ SMS systems.
AUDIT /COMPLIANCE WORK
If you already have a licence or are in the process of applying, rather than taking over the matter completely we can simply undertake a site visit.
We undertake full checks of your migrant monitoring systems and your record keeping to make sure you are compliant with UKBA requirements..
