No Time Limit (NTL) Application

You can make an application for No Time Limit (NTL) if the passport on which ILR was endorsed has expired. As a result of the NTL application, the UKVI will issue your Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) on a Biometric Residence Permit also known as BRP card. The applicant must provide proof that he/she has been living in the UK continuously since the grant of Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
